Mu Omicron membership shall be open to any individual engaged in orchestral music activities who has shown commitment to excellence for a period not less than ten years.  Membership in this organization shall be by "invitation only".  All candidates for membership must be approved by three-fourths (3/4) of the active membership.

Dues shall be set by the Executive Board of the fraternity, and will be due annually.
